## About

I'm Firoz Ozman, an IT Solutions Architect with deep hands-on experience designing and building enterprise systems across the Microsoft stack: Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Azure. My thesis is that the architect/developer handoff is the source of most enterprise low-code failure — the right operating model is design-and-build by the same senior person. I also prepare the data, identity, governance, and content foundations enterprises need before deploying Copilot and AI safely.

TOGAF 9.1 certified. Federal Secret Level II cleared. Twelve+ Microsoft certifications including Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600) and Azure Solutions Architect. Based in Canada, working with organisations across North America.
